Usage Instructions

HEATING METHOD 1. Peel cup film back 1-2 cm. 2. Microwave 1 cup for 40 seconds (60 sec. for 2 cups) (1000W). Microwave ovens vary, adjust heating time accordingly. or Stir-fry in a pan for 40 seconds. 3. Take care handling the heated cup. Remove film completely. Once opened use immediately Do not reheat.
