Preparation Instructions

Rice Preparation RINSE Rinse the rice in a fine mesh sieve under running water for about 1 minute, or until the water runs clear (this will stop the grains from sticking together later)

Usage Instructions

Rice Cooker 1 cup rice: 2 cups water 1. Rinse rice with cold water. 2. Add above ratio of rice and water to your cooker. 3. Cook until it switches to 'keep warm' (approx. 25 mins). 4. Stand for 5 mins. Fluff with a fork. Serve. Absorption 1 cup rice : 2 cups water 1. Rinse rice with cold water. 2. Add above ratio of rice and water to your pan. 3. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 25 mins. 4. Remove from heat. Stand for 5 mins. Fluff with a fork. Serve. *Change water ratio depending on the rice softness desired.
